Welcome to Oak Palate - Let me introduce myself!

My name is Rachel Williams and I am the Chief Charcuterie Officer and Founder of Oak Palate. We are a charcuterie board and grazing table business located in Greenville, NC. I started this business in the fall of 2024 with my love of creativity, food, and hosting in mind.

From hosting friends on Friday nights to holidays with family - a hand crafted charcuterie board was a critical addition to the countertop. What started as a weekly to-do for me turned into something I looked forward to and always wanted to improve. I started to find myself searching Pinterest, google, and social media for hours to look for perfect pairings and designs. I knew I was competitive from years of playing sports (and board games) but didn’t realize it would come to light when creating charcuterie boards.

After years of hosting family and friends and showing off each one of my creations I was encouraged to start my own business. Enter… Oak Palate and my mission to provide a delicious space that you and your people can gather, revel in memories, and eat!
